In addition, a one-day Excursion to the Badaling Great Wall (around 200 km away from the conference hotel) will be organized by the conference on July 18th. Participation is voluntary and each attendee will be charged additional $50 (¥ 350), which covers the round trip transportation and a fast lunch. If you sign up for Excursion, please include the activity fee in your payment. Your receipt will include the registration and the excursion fees.
The Badaling Great Wall is known as one of the nine greatest fortresses. With a precipitous and verdant landscape, it represents the essence of the Ming Dynasty Great Wall and is also the most famous section of the wall.
Note:
Ø Registration costs will cover entry to the conference venue, conference materials, daily lunch and tea/coffee, a welcome reception, and conference banquet. The registration fee for the accompanying person includes daily lunch and tea/coffee and a welcome reception, and conference banquet.
Ø Each attendee, as well as accompanying persons, must register separately. Every participant needs to transfer registration fees separately.
Ø Please leave a remark about your name and ICHAC-14 when remitting (for example: Zhangsan Li‒ICHAC14). After completing the remittance, please upload the payment proof (e.g. the remittance receipt) by creating a new order in "Personal Center". For students and postdocs, the student's identification should also be uploaded.
Ø Shanghai Iridium Network Technology Co., Ltd. was entrusted to charge registration fees and sponsorship fees, and to issue invoices or receipts.（本次会议委托上海铱米网络技术有限公司代为收取会议费和赞助费用款项，并出具会议费发票。）
Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation will be subjected to the following conditions:
Requests before or on June 1st, 2024: Full refund of the registration fee (Handling fee charged by the bank will be paid by the participant).
Requests after June 1st, 2024: Refund is not possible.
